What does it cost?
Searching is free. Every design shows its price upfront, and you see the full total before you pay.
What if the artist cancels?
You get your money back, minus the payment transaction fee.
What if I cancel?
Once your booking is confirmed, cancelling means you forfeit your deposit, which is 30% of the tattoo price. The rest is refunded, minus the payment transaction fee.
Plans changed? Up to 48 hours before your session, you can ask your artist to move the appointment instead. If they agree, your booking simply moves to the new date.
Can I get a custom design?
Right now you book ready-to-tattoo designs from the artists' own collections. Custom designs are coming very soon. Want to help us pilot it? Leave your email and we'll reach out.
Why do you ask for my health details?
So your artist knows about allergies, medication or conditions before you sit down. You add them once to your profile. They're only shared with your artist when a booking is confirmed. They're never public and never shared with third parties.
How do you choose what I see?
On what you tell us (style, placement, size, budget), the designs you save and the artists you follow. Not on followers, and nobody pays to be shown.
